Flower Heads Print/Poster 16 x 20

I've always liked to create portraits in a very unique way to show expression and emotion. When creating this last piece, I knew that I wanted to do something a bit different than my usual art style. When looking for inspiration and references I was reminded of my young childhood films and shows that I would love to watch. One of those films is Alice In Wonderland. I knew that I wanted to somehow do something similar by creating different facial expressions on the flowers with each flower type, complementing each expression. I decided not to use color for this piece because I wanted what I created to speak for itself.
